Game On will provide 5 medals for the children to win. We can provide a medal for every child if you so wish. There would be an additional cost of £1.50 per medal ontop of the original 5. If you would like these additional medals please confirm how many.

Booking Process

After completing and submitting this booking form you child has been accepted onto the course. You will immediately receive a confirmation email on further details about the course and how to make payment (If applicable).
