Covid-19 – Response from Game On
We’d like to start by saying we hope that you and your family are safe and well.
We have been monitoring the situation daily and working closely with the schools to offer support where necessary. Please find below details of our current service provision. This is changing daily as the situation evolves so if at any time you would like further clarification on what services we are currently providing please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
In response to the Government’s and World Health Organisation’s advice for people to avoid social contact, all extra-curricular lunchtime, after-school, weekday and Saturday morning football courses have been cancelled until further notice.
Where schools have closed all curricular PE lessons have now been cancelled. Where schools are open to the children of key workers and need sports coaching support, we have done our best to facilitate this. All sessions will adhere to the guidance on social distancing ensuring both children and our staff are not put at risk.
Unfortunately, now that the schools have closed we have had to cancel our forthcoming Easter courses. For those who had already booked a space on the course we will be contacting you to arrange a refund.
Online Coaching Support
In light of the current situation we are reviewing ways that we can provide coaching support via videos and online lesson plans. Further information on this will follow in due course.
Our priority remains the health and wellbeing of the children we coach so we will continue to follow Government advice on this matter. We wish all our children, parents, teacher colleagues and staff well and we look forward to welcoming your children back to our courses when it is safe for the schools to reopen.
